This week I’d like to discuss a topic that might seem a little unusual for a workflow automation expert But it’s an important one and that’s managing stress and mental health I’m recording this during the very peak of peak season and things are absolutely cranking Volumes are at their highest our clients all operating two and three shifts seven days a week and everybody’s been pushed systems are being pushed equipment’s being pushed and that Life is just complicated at this time of year But amidst the daily focus on far rates and web and meeting SLA I want to emphasize the importance of taking care of the people around you and of yourselves Now as leaders, it’s our responsibility to create an environment where our teams can thrive but part of that responsibility involves Recognizing and addressing the stress that they and we are under and providing ways to manage it rather than simply enduring this time of year You know for all of us who work in the industry Although our expertise may lie in areas like automation and efficiency cost reduction management customer satisfaction or delivery Most important and vital tool in our business is our people and ourselves We are the most critical productive asset in our organization So as we navigate this peak season remember please take care of yourselves and those around you your well-being is essential So Merry Christmas.
