FAQ
How do I get started?
Contact us, sign the standard SaaS Agreement and we will have your private ZenSmart instance setup within 1 business day ready for onboarding training sessions. If you are connecting to an existing direct integration (Printavo, DecoNetwork, Taopix, Shopify, WooCommerce etc etc), you could be processing orders into production within another day. Custom integrations take a little longer, contact us to provide details of the order source and we can review them with you.
Where is my data hosted?
For cloud solutions our default storage location is the USA. European storage is available for GDPR compliance. For larger sites local installation (or a cloud-local hybrid) is available if complete PII data control is required.
Is my data secure?
ZenSmart is built on a secure, modern architecture with ISO 27001-aligned controls. We use encryption in transit and at rest (AES-256), isolate each customer in dedicated infrastructure, and support role-based access controls with MFA. Our platform automatically obfuscates personally identifiable information (PII) after 14 days as a standard safeguard. While we uphold rigorous security and privacy practices, as many of the world’s leading corporations have shown, no storage system is ever 100% secure.
How do I add other product workflows?
The easiest way is to clone an existing workflow, make what changes you require, save it and you are done.
