ZenSmart Authorised Sub-Processors
ZenSmart is provided as a Service that complies with International Data Protection (GDPR, Australian Privacy Principles and Calfornian PRA and Privacy Laws. You can find our Privacy Policy here.
Under GDPR Art 28 (4), APP 5, and CPRA §1798.130 we are required to maintain a register of sub-processors of the data that we manage under our Service. The surrounding terms can be found in the Data Addendum provided to you as part of your ZenSmart SaaS Subscription Agreement. If you have any queries, please contact your Account Manager.

How we notify you of changes
We will post any planned addition or replacement to the list above at least 30 days before the new sub-processor accesses Customer Personal Data. We will also notify the admin email(s) registered to your account and display an in-app banner.
Objecting to a new sub-processor — If you have reasonable data-protection grounds to object, email privacy@zensmart.ai within 15 days of the notice. We’ll work together in good faith; if we cannot reach agreement you may terminate the affected Services under DPA s7.2.
