How quickly can ZenSmart be implemented into an existing production workflow?
In as little as 1 day for any of the existing native integrations we have with Taopix, Printavo, DecoNetwork, ShipStation, Cloudprinter, Gooten, Cin7 and many more. You will want to factor in testing, training and change management on top of this but the core integration is fast. For integration with a proprietary internal MIS or ERP system it will depend on the quality and documentation available for the system we are connecting to.
What systems does ZenSmart integrate with?
There are over 100 integrations in the ZenSmart integration library that cover e-commerce, web to print, brands, order aggregators, MIS platforms, RIPs, presses, finishing equipment and shipping providers and shipping platforms. ZenSmart also has a set of API’s and endpoints for connecting it into internal IT systems.
Can we make our own changes to workflows and rules?
Yes. ZenSmart is a platform, the system ships with Flow Designer for creating your workflows, Imposition Designer for creating impositions, Shipping Designer for packing and shipping workflows. Training is provided with all subscriptions to use these tools to create your own workflows and modify existing flows.
Do I need consultants to get started?
No, ZenSmart is a platform – a tool for you to use. We do recommend an internal project sponsor that has great knowledge of the rules and flows that determine how you make your products.
What level of efficiency gains and cost savings can ZenSmart deliver?
It varies from site to site depending on the specific problems that need to be solved. A good benchmark (you can read about it on the home page of the site) is that we have achieved up to 30% efficiency gains.
